REGULATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND
of 19th November 2015
amending the regulation on granting the status to the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection
On the basis of art. 13 3) of the act 29th September 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 1182 and 1662, as well as of 2015 item 1309), it is hereby ordered:
§ 1. In the regulation of the President of The Republic of Poland of 10th October 2011 on granting the status to the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws nm 225, item 1350) in § 3 of the appendix:
1. Paragraphs 1) and 2) shall read as follows:
“1. The organisational units of the Bureau pursuant to the Status are:
1) Administrative - Technical Department;
2) Jurisdiction, Legislation and Complaints Department;
3) Social Education and International Cooperation Department
4) Inspection Department;
5) Data Protection Officers and Personal Data Filing Systems Registration Department;
6) IT Department;
7) Administrative Execution Team;
8) Financial Unit;
9) Independent Position for Classified Information;
10) Independent HR and Organisation Team;
11) Independent Position for Internal Audit;
12) Spokesman Team;
13) Legal Counsellors Team.
2. Organisational Units pursuant to the Status are being managed by the directors, with the exception of: Financial Unit, which is managed by the Chief Accountant; Independent Position for Classified Information, Independent HR and Organisation Team, Independent Position for Internal Audit and Legal Counsellors Team.”;
2. To the paragraph 2), paragraphs 2a-2c are added, according to which:
“2a. Legal Counsellors Team is composed of legal counsellors employed at Bureau.
2b. The work of Legal Counsellors Team is coordinated by legal counsellor indicated by the Inspector General – the Coordinator.
2c. The work of the Independent HR and Organisation Team is coordinated by the chief specialist indicated by the Inspector General - the Coordinator.”.
§ 2. The regulation comes into force the day after its publishing.
